Hi, I’m Candice!
I write clear, concise, and helpful copy for your end-user.

I’m an Austin-based Technical Communicator. I specialize in Technical Writing, Documentation, Knowledge Management, and Content Strategy. My goal is to create user-focused content to simplify difficult concepts, making your product easy for people to use.
I graduated from UT Austin with highest honors, earning a BA in English Literature with a minor in Education. I began my career as an educator, teaching high school English until May of 2021, when I took the leap to writing and editing full-time.
I am currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Technical Communication at Texas State University. I will graduate in May 2026.
In my current role as a Knowledge Manager contracted with Meta, I author and manage complex internal support documentation across 3000+ knowledge base articles. In this role, I translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand text, define workflows, and improve existing documentation. All of this demands that I partner cross-functionally across the company. I’ve found that in this work, relationships are just as important as technical skill.
In my previous position as a Senior Technical Writer with Accenture supporting Google, I wrote and revised over 100 Google Help Center and Knowledge Base articles supporting eight distinct Google products, including Chrome, Play, and Maps.
